Staff Training
The surgery will be closed for staff training from 1pm on Thursday 22nd March.  We will reopen as usual at 8am on Friday 23rd March.

Telephone Triage

We now offer telephone triage.  Triage just means deciding what, if any, treatment you need and which clinician you need to be seen by to get this treatment.  Offering telephone triage means that you will be able to speak to a clinician on the same day and either your problem dealt with over the phone, if appropriate, or an appointment offered if the clinician feels you need to be seen.  We hope this will work well and help improve access to appointments. 

Prescriptions
You are only able to order your prescription over the phone between 2pm - 5pm.  You can however order online or by calling into the surgery at any time.  Please allow 2 working days before collection and make allowances for weekends and public holidays.

Repeat Prescriptions

medication4Will be issued in 28 days supply at the doctors discretion and are normally for patients on long term treatment.  Requests may be requested by submitting the supplied counterfoil or online.  Medication can also be ordered by telephone between 2pm-5pm daily. Please allow 2 working days before collection and make allowances for weekends and public holidays.

Please nominate a chemist and your repeat prescription will be sent directly to them.
